Ningbo: 永不放弃
Invited by Fotile and Jing Yong Education, Nick Vujicic spoke to thousands of children, teenagers, parents, child development experts, teachers and caretakers in Ningbo at the Cixi Stadium on “Never Give Up”. Under China's pressure-cooker schooling system and pushy parenting, dropout rate remained high throughout the country. Nick shared about building empathy and recognizing emotion with the audience to deal with academic stress and school bullying in Chinese schools. Despite the risk of bullying, Nick felt that his parents has made the best decision to let him attended mainstream school. By the end, he has discussed drugs, alcohol, global hunger and the importance of humility.
