Pasig: Together, We Can Do Better

Thanks to SEAOIL, the largest independent fuel company in the Philippines for inviting Davy to give their team some extra motivation for "Together, We Can Do Better" Event! From his experience working in the renowned Disney Animation and Warner Bros Animation, Davy mentioned "team spirit" as the key to create a work environment which excels at creativity. Reflected on his leadership experiences of leading great creative teams in the past, he concluded that through working in a team, problem solving and communication skills would also be developed when a group of people work together towards a common goal. The event was a great success, with Davy ended the talk with interactive Q&A session.
